Aleppo’s endurance running coaching believes you can run fast or slow and still be able to find that running spirit to catapult you to levels you never thought possible.  My coaching emphasizes not only on the physical aspect of training but also the spiritual connection to our physical efforts.
I believe that running is another form of flying. A way to soar to higher limits and find your true potential, a way to ground yourself to the earth and find purpose. I find power in both aspects of earth and sky which I believe can fuel your spirit. I believe this capacity is inherent in all of us. 
Methodology. A holistic approach to training is vital to reaching your goals. That’s why I combine science backed practices, athletes’ intuition, and the practice of presence to create a strong mind and body base. We will then build upon that base incrementally with milage build up, diverse strength training and mobility workouts so that you can get stronger, increase your flexibility and, ultimately, your confidence.
Process. In the beginning I learn about you: what’s your history, your current state and your goals. Then according to the information you share, I’ll create a training plan that is specific to your goals and answer any questions you have before you start. I trust that dedication in your training, putting in the work and having consistency will give you the results to achieve your goals. But, its as important to be able to pivot and adjust according to any challenges you face. If you’re traveling, injured or just need a break we can adjust and update your plan anytime. I’ll be there with you on your journey.
